Description

FUNCTION PRINCIPLE
The small ball mill is horizontal rotary cylindrical equipment driven by gears outside. When the small ball mill works, the raw materials(charge) are evenly fed from the feeding opening at the centre of the drum along with grinding media. The drum is rotated at a speed about its axis. . It is partially filled with balls that can be made in chrome steel, stainless steel, rubber or ceramic. The inner part of the shell is usually lined with an abrasion-resistant material such as manganese steel or rubber.Impact and attrition size reduction take place as the ball drops from near the top of a rotating hollow cylindrical shell.
