Mineral Beneficiation Testing & Process Development

Eloquent Technology provides laboratory-scale mineral beneficiation and process development services by combining sample preparation, crushing, grinding, particle sizing, magnetic separation, gravity separation, classification, flotation, filtration and pelletization capabilities with application engineering and equipment development.

Our Mineral Beneficiation Application Centre is designed to help mining and mineral-processing customers understand their ore characteristics, evaluate suitable separation techniques, optimize operating parameters, determine grade and recovery, develop preliminary process routes and identify the appropriate equipment for laboratory, pilot and future production applications.

By combining testing with our in-house equipment manufacturing capability, Eloquent Technology offers a complete path from Sample → Test → Optimize → Demonstrate → Develop → Equip.

Eloquent's Mineral Beneficiation Service Model

Our proposed service model consists of five stages:

Stage 1 – Sample Characterization

Understanding the physical and preliminary characteristics of the customer’s material.

Stage 2 – Sample Preparation

Controlled crushing, grinding, pulverizing, splitting and sizing.

Stage 3 – Beneficiation Testing

Testing appropriate separation techniques.

Stage 4 – Process Optimization

Evaluating operating parameters and identifying the optimum process conditions.

Stage 5 – Equipment & Process Recommendation

Providing a technical test report, recommended process route and suitable Eloquent equipment configuration.
